shows the obama administration wants to give spy agencies more access to your bank accounts. this push is getting the attention of privacy experts. kyla? >> reporter: the news agency, reuters, says the obama administration is drawing up plans to give all u.s. spy agencies access to a massive database that holds financial information on americans and others who bank in the u.s. right now the fbi has full access to that bank of information. reuters says the obama administration wants the cia and national security agency to also have full access. the goal is to track suspicious activity that could help the feds spot terrorist activity, the article cites the treasurely department saying this is legal and that would be under the patriotic act. privacy experts argue too many ordinary u.s. citizens would be unnecessarily put in the spotlight. reuters says this plan is in its early stages but i'll tell you what sort of information the u.s. spy agencies would be looking for in your bank accounts when i see you next hour. live in washington, kyla campbell, channel 2 news. >>> a southern californ
